Design
I use the entire design process, not just the last mile of it: discovery, information architecture, wireframes, then high-fidelity design in Figma. By the time you're looking at a finished screen, the argument it's making has already been settled — which is why my designs tend to survive contact with real content.

I build as much as I design. Platform-agnostic by default — Webflow, Astro, WordPress — because the right call depends on who's editing the site, how often, and what it has to do. I'll recommend one and show you the trade-off, rather than sell you the stack I happen to prefer.

Management
Most studios hand off at launch and wish you luck. My background is marketing, so I can keep running the site after it ships: content, SEO, analytics, and the steady small improvements that decide whether it actually pulls its weight. It's the same reason the build is set up to be maintained in the first place.

Design
Wireframes first, then full design in Figma. You see real layouts with real content, not a lorem-filled mockup you have to imagine your way into.

Build
The design becomes a site — responsive, accessible, and fast. Because I designed it, there's no translation step where the detail quietly gets dropped.

Launch and beyond
Analytics wired up, search set up properly, and your team walked through the CMS. Stay on for ongoing management, or take the keys and run it yourself.
