The project

I led HostEasy’s website redesign and development, taking the project from Figma through launch. The work included moving the existing AWS-hosted site to Webflow, setting up lead capture, and preparing the site for search and measurement. The scope brought design, development, forms, and measurement into a single website project. Figma provided the design stage and Webflow became the publishing platform. The quote-request experience was treated as part of the site itself, connecting the service information to the next step a prospective customer could take.

The challenge

The previous static site lacked a consistent design system, search optimization, and analytics. It also needed a clearer route from learning about the service to requesting a quote. Without a consistent design system, the site lacked a shared visual foundation. Without analytics, it was also difficult to evaluate how people used it. The rebuild needed to address both the presentation and the ability to learn from visits, while moving the site away from its previous hosting setup.

The work

I designed the site in Figma and built it in Webflow, adding motion and JotForm quote forms. I used Semrush for keyword research, refined on-page content and metadata, and connected GA4 and Google Search Console. The hosting migration from AWS to Webflow took place without downtime. The forms gave visitors a direct way to request a quote, while keyword research informed the search work on the pages. Metadata and on-page content were considered together so the search presentation matched what the website offered. GA4 and Search Console supplied complementary views of engagement and search visibility. These were practical foundations for assessing the new site after the migration.

The outcome

After launch, the site began ranking for additional local keywords and organic traffic trended upward. HostEasy also gained a clear inquiry path and the tools to measure future changes.
